"Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit."

"The room was good for the price, staff helpful, free parking and easy access. The room had an odd smell when I arrived, but since it looked clean overall, I did not make a fuss. Maybe room fresheners would be helpful. The outside could be power washed to look more presentable since it looked a bit unkept. Sadly I forgot my toiletry bag and there was no shampoo, bodywash or conditioner available in the room. There were two small bars of soap- one for the sink and one for the bath. Over all, I would recommend the stay."
"Very nice stay. Only complaint was we arrived an hour before check-in but the clerk said we could not check in until 4pm. When we came back at 4pm a different clerk was much nicer and checked us in efficiently. The next day, the room next door was moved into at 2:40pm. Of course our room may not have been “ready early” on our check-in day but the clerk’s officious attitude just rubbed us the wrong way and we felt that the room was likely ready but she didn’t want to be bothered."
"Wonderful hotel and wonderful location. Parked our rental car in their lot and left it there most of the time. We walked 5 minutes to get to the main part of Langley. The hotel is lovely, the morning breakfast was very nice and so was the afternoon tea. I would love to stay there again."
