As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. "You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"
