“The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it. ”

“A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded.”

“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”
“The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.
