It was a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were all so friendly—they even remembered my son's name! We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view of the ocean and the hotel grounds was so stunning that I couldn't stop taking pictures. The pool wasn't crowded, so it was very relaxing. The complimentary towels were so soft and fluffy that I actually fell asleep by the poolside! (lol) The view from the private beach was also amazing, and I especially loved the sunset. Around the hotel, there is one supermarket and plenty of restaurants. However, I couldn't find any large shops for souvenirs. While the area is nice, it might feel a bit scary for a woman to walk alone at night. Also, since there are no convenience stores inside the hotel and the nearest one is quite far, I recommend buying what you need beforehand. That said, if you use room service, it’s not an issue at all. Our schedule was so packed that we couldn't spend much time at the hotel this time. Next time, I’d love to just stay in and relax at the hotel all day long!

Clean, nice staff, nice room. Food not that good. Only the pizza is good. Bay was just okay. I bought a waterproof bag from the gift shop that was broken (seal at top at hole) but I didn’t find out until it was too late.

I love the rustic and Filipino cultural vibe at this resort. The all inclusive breakfast buffet options are enormous and taste great. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

I love this place! Very peaceful and tranquil. The rooms are large and very comfortable. I always feel at peace here. You wake up to the sounds of birds singing. Lots of trees and has a private beach. There are hammocks. Very clean. Highly recommend ♥️

Overall, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained, especially considering the price. The cleaning was thorough and very well done. It’s still a great place. I visited with my kids because I had fond memories from 10 years ago, but now there are many more tourists than before, which is understandable. Still, considering the price, it’s a good choice for families with kids. The staff at Allegro Restaurant, especially D.paul, were amazing!

Overall, the room was nice (we stayed in a spa suite) and it was quiet, though we had lots of noise from the street from our bathroom and we could hear the noise from the pool as well. The food selection on site was expensive and not tasty at all- we had three different meals there and it was not good. We did have a facial at the spa and that was lovely. Overall, the pool and the beach were lovely, but I don’t think I would book here again

What stood out is what normally stands out here, the staff. From the front desk to dining room to the bar at the beach to the housekeeper. All awesome. I imagine I will be able to mention names later in the review. Overall, the check-in and out went very well and mostly due to friendly staff. My room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise and it was clean and near the beach. I actually only stayed one night of a 2-night booking since I had to return to the city earlier. The main disappointment was the food this time. Dinner was fair, but I only got a pizza and it did not come as I requested, even after they tried to fix it. I arrived late for the breakfast buffet and the food was mostly cold and the crispy bacon, not so crispy.

Got a serious case of food poisoning. Definitely at the resort as never ate anywhere else for the 3 days there. Almost missed my flight home as I threw up for 3 hours at the airport. Thank God for Imodium!
