"Casa Nova Hotel was my lighthouse in a storm. They took me in and help me as a weary travel who had just lost their nonexistent VRBO. Because that is exactly what happened. My lack of speaking very much português was another great way that they helped me. I would highly recommend them."

"Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. "

"First time in Brazil, and this hotel was a nice hotel. I enjoyed the proximity to dining, beach, shopping, etc. I would've paid more for a nicer room, but I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Rooftop pool and bar was a plus and so was the buffet style breakfast downstairs! 9/10 recommend."

The property is beautiful, with superb design and attention to details, surrounded in lush greenery. The pool area is so luxurious, we didn't want to leave it. I would heartily recommend."
