"I booked a Vista Suite and the view from this room made me feel like I truly escape from reality and into a jungle dreamscape. The staff were super friendly and willing to help if they see a guest needs to some assistance. The group hotel chat was super helpful to provide assistance. The pool was awesome and the bartender at the pool side bar was awesome! I want to go back "

"I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. The second day we have an issue in the room with the water heating, apararently wasn't working properly, but they gave us an room upgrade, we didn't have any issue with the new room, the breakfast is great, the property is well maintained, they are doing some upgrade to some part of the hotel, resuming my stay was great, definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
