"Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well. "

My wife and I normally aren’t fans of all-inclusive resorts, but this property completely changed our minds. Every restaurant offered a different vibe, and we were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of service everywhere we went. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfectly maintained and easy to get around. We were originally planning to stay at the Andaz or the Four Seasons, but we’re so happy we chose Planet Hollywood. It’s in the same gorgeous area and delivers an experience that rivals those luxury brands, but with a fun, laid-back energy that makes it feel even more special.
