Luxor Hotel and Casino
Self check in with no real customer service was no convenient or helpful. When room the room was ready, I discovered they put me in a room I didn’t book. Had to call downstairs to get it fixed, which they handled but never apologized for putting me in the wrong room. Had to walk a great distance ...
