โTodo 10/10. Muy limpio, el desayuno bastante bien, las vistas son increibles y su ubicaciรณn hace que sea muy fรกcil irse a hacer rutas de senderismo. Los empleados sumamente amables y hospitalarios, nos hicieron sentir comodos y bien atendidos en todo momento. โ
โWij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel.
*De kamers geven wij een 9 deze werden elke dag schoongemaakt en we hadden een mooi uitzicht over zee.
*bediening een 9, zeer vriendelijk en spraken verstaanbaar Engels.
*het zwembad geven wij een 7 deze was ok maar hier hebben wij maar 1 of 2 x gebruik van gemaakt.
*de spa zag er mooi uit,hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus geen cijfer van ons uit.
*het eten is goed, gevarieerd en voor elk wat wils deze geven wij een 7,5

โEs war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groร und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird tรคglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frรผhstรผcken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Kรผche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Mรถglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schรผtzen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...
โBeautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep โ
โThis was our first time here and we were very impressed. The service, food and facilities were great. We were particularly impressed by the number of activities, it meant we were never bored. Lots of great staff but a special mention to Pedro, Mario and Bruno for keeping us entertained.โ
โWhat a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. โ
โThis resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant.
I also enjoyed songs from the resortโs own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple.
Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...
โNel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. โ
