Best part of the hotel was the pool! The casino was nice as was the access to restaurants. However the rooms were okay, no fridge or microwave. Also there’s no shuttle service to the strip so you do need to Uber or taxi everywhere you go. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Off strip is always a go for me. Clean rooms, my personal pet peeve, no fan in the bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again though.

Palms is great and an off strip resort option. Youll need to uber to the strip if you want, but if you are just looking for a nice hotel to stay in LV for a decent rate compared to the other resorts then this us your jam. Also, this hotel is on the west side and central and only like a sub 10 minute drive to amazing asian food, if thats your jam [options].

Very high resort fee cost more than the room itself. Sneaky way to make prices seem competitive but ends up more expensive. Btw since all pools are closed right now I’m not sure what the resort fee was supposed to cover?

Un hotel muy lindo, la limpieza impecable y el personal que atiende siempre se mostró amable. Su ubicación es conveniente ya que en coche estas a tan solo 5 minutos del Strip. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahi.

My room was extremely sub-par for the $550 I paid for it (and that was before adding resort fees to spend the night.) Shower had hair on the walls, the mirror lights - one was super bright, the other was dim. No mirrors close enough to put make-up on, Carpet was well worn. And this place is off the strip so I don't get it.

Excellent customer service all around Super freindly & accomodating people. Real standouts were Stacey over at rewards center, Sam at luggage services, Rean at registration. All are your " extra mile" superstars. This is my first time here. Happy to say it wont be my last!

The room in the fantasy tower is very nice. However, when I arrived the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty in the shower and had to call to get them refilled. The staff is very helpful and the property and casino is very clean! Sean and Heather at the tequila pool bar are awesome! Super friendly and make great drinks! The Mexican food bar was outstanding! But please offer free chips and salsa for the amount that you are served. To charge for small bowl of chips and a tiny cup of salsa is absurd. You can offer that to your guests for free. However, the ribeye soft tacos were amazing! I would’ve liked to have seen the ghost bar open on Monday and Tuesday night, but it was closed which is unfortunate. They should at least keep the bar open at night for cocktails and the view. Overall, the Palms is still a great spot to stay, but it just needs a few small changes.

Room was clean and very nice. The cafe was also very nice. I was bummed that there wasn't basic shampoo and conditioner. Also, the room was so loud since it was next to an elevator. Like sleeping on a train track. Otherwise nice experience and the staff was very nice - the security guards near the elevators were especially nice and helpful and I felt safer with them there.

The hotel rates were decent, and the resort itself has a nice pool and casino floor. However, it is not within walking distance to the strip, several restaurants could not seat us because of a lack of reservations, and the hotel bathrooms weren’t completely clean.

For the price you pay all you can expect is nice room. Customer service at front desk is not to the mark. Has clogged sink, broken ice machine in the floor. I also felt the bed sheets are not clean.
