The property is convenient to the centre of Launceston. However my room and my sister's room had issues. The bathroowm had mould on tiles and green mould on most of the shower head as well as pink tinged mould on shower curtain. My sister had no hot water in the basin, she was told by maintenance to turn on bath tap before turning on her basin-rather antiquated fix.

Positioned in the city centre for convenience for any one to walk around, but was noisy at night being next to a theatre, the hotel was as always short staffed and overall needs a face lift - inside and out

Great location in the Launceston CBD, close to food, shops and entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is kept very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again if in Launceston.

I was on the fifth floor and it was very noisy, especially coming from the room directly above me who seemed to drop everything on the floor, continually move furniture around and stomp when they walked making me think there was no carpet in the room above me.

After our flight got canceled, last weekend and everything else was booked out including the BEST WESTERN PLUS the two front of house guys went out of there way to find us a room , lucky for us there was a late cancellation and they gave the room to us, They definitely got out us of pickle

While the staff were lovely and the place is in a perfect spot the parking is very difficult. As the carpark is public parking pay and display you find it had to get a car park between office hours. There was about 8 cars a one stage backed up and parked in no parking zones. Surely the car park can be granted to the hotel. Other then than the rooms have been upgraded (new storage, curtains and tvs) but the bathrooms are still old. But comfortable enough. It was also clear someone was smoking probably out their window cause floor 3 smelt of smoke as the lifts also constantly did. Would stay again just because of the room comfort and distance to town centre.
