“The hotel was nice and clean and newly renovated we had no issues or complaints but on our last day we had not one but two employees walk in while we were getting dressed and ready for the day even tho we clearly had a do not disturb sign on the door”

We could tell that there have been recent renovations and that some spots still need to be updated (older table and chairs), but the recent improvements/investments appear to be in all the right places - newer plumbing fixtures, newer beds and fresh linens - so it felt clean and safe. “Absolutely terrible experience, will never stay here again. Checked in, the floors were clean but the bedding smelled of fecal matter and had feces stains on the bedding, hidden by some of the pillows. The facility staff's only resolution: we'll change the bedding. No compensation, nothing. Disgusting, do not stay here if you value your sanity.”
