"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten
Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgf ältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch.
Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly
