The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. However, room was pretty nice. we satified...

“Foi uma incrível descoberta esse espaço. Acesso à praia a pé em poucos minutos , piscina climatizada, grande, com escorregadores, as acomodações limpas, o staff simpático , enfim, será nosso lugar para feriados e verão. Um achado! ”

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

“Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo ”
