"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"Excellent room based on where you get it. First time was in Junior suite and would rate it the best and second time was in an older section, which was clean but the bathroom was okay. "

"Mountain view(some construction going on off to the side). Slight traffic and snow plows through the night on nearby road. The Dome inside was beautiful and peaceful with everything you need. Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly to your Dome from nearby places such as Dominoes Pizza. We ordered the breakfast package with our stay and received more than enough for two or more people with a variety of items. The staff was more than helpful in answering questions. This was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay again. "

"Great if exploring Iceland in a car. Otherwise 40 min walk to the city centre of Reykjavik. Virtual check in and check out with a helpline if needed. Clean and spacious room. Shower doesn’t smell great but believe this is common in Iceland. "

"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."
