Great modern apartment in safe area. Stayed 3 days, during moving in we noticed that tv remote is missing, we contacted the management right away, and they replay that someone will get back to us. No update or remote was received within 3 days of our stay, very disappointed. Other than that apartment is great.

Beautiful apartment. Great communication. Clean space, modern appliances and attractive furniture. I did need more towels for my family and could not get any.

The property is as it shown. Our party really enjoy the stay and the host was very responsive. The downside is only that the dryer did not work properly Ben though they sent someone to change it. Since, we had a lot of lagoon excursions, it was inconvenient for us to dry our clothes. Overall it’s a really nice neighborhood in Reykjavík.

The apartment is very nice. Parking is the only problem. The building garage is very expensive. It would make things much easier if it was included in the price.

Second time at Sif and a rough start arriving into our apartment with the washer sitting in the middle of the apartment. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer last time and one of the main reasons we booked other than the nice modern apartments. I called and they acknowledged their mistake and lack of communication, and ultimately ended up reaccomodating me to another apartment. Could do with a fan, but a good modern apartment in Reykjavik, short walk to food hall, and short drive to town center.

Room smelt of smoke but we think this was coming from another property through a vent. No sink plug for washing up. No wardrobe space in the second bedroom but plenty of space in the master bedroom (Walk in wardrobe!) Otherwise, everything was great! Two decent bedrooms, big comfortable living space, well equipped spacious kitchen, two good bathrooms. Great location near bus stop 12 and only a few mins walk from the seafront.
