"Stunning architecture/views within the walls of the hotel Staff very helpful "

"Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."

The big surprise was the quality of the food at the hotel restaurant which meant we arrived after a long trip and didn't need to get back out to Figeac to eat out. We would definitely return if we are anywhere in the area."

"Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel."
