"Just because we booked online doesn't mean we get the worst floor. I don't know what the view from the 3rd floor is like. They don't proactively provide toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water."

"I had an issue with one of the concierge staff who was really rude with me and my son. He had a mustache and his name was Jean something. His colleague asked for my room number and my name but no one ever called or apologized for his actions."

"Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!"

"The reception and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was well laid out with a modern bathroom, desk, plenty of room for longer stays and a super comfortable bed. The gym, pool, sauna and cold plunge pool facilities were top class. The Chez Boulay shop on the ground level has beautiful pastries if you don’t want a sit-in breakfast. Location right in the old city meant that I walked everywhere. Highly recommended. "

"Hooks for coats would be nice, it isn’t ideal in wintertime having to store a coat in a cupboard. We could also hear everything happening in the hallways (doors slamming, people coughing, etc). Otherwise, the room itself was very nice, perfect area to stay in, the view from our room was quite nice as well. Would stay again in this hotel if I were to go to Quebec City again. Excellent quality for the price point."
