"Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. "The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"This hotel is right next to the railway station and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We registered on the hotel app choosing to be environmentally friendly and agree to not having the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there and that gave us a refund on 10 CHF. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were able to walk to all the attractions However the metro was right outside if we needed it lovely room and comfy beds. We were given a Swiss pass which gave us free travel on trains and buses. Excellent service, we will be back!"
