On their automated machine for check-in, they did not have my name available for the automatic check-in. It was difficult to understand the woman who answered the phone. Eventually, I got in.

Es ist kaum zu beschreiben, wie schön unser Aufenthalt bei Sylvie und Bruno war. Der Weg zur Lodge ist beschwerlich, weil es ein Feldweg ist, aber es lohnt sich. Es ist alles sehr schön und gepflegt mit einem großen Pool zum Schwimmen mit Blick auf die Bucht. Wir haben zwei mal das sehr gute Frühstück ...

The beach is not made to swim or for families, only good for kite surfing. Lots of sargasses weeds along this coast. The path to access the property is really bumpy and in bad condition . Fortunately, the residence is on Google map so not too difficult to find even though there is some road work ...

Spotless room with cooking facilities. TV and wifi, close to beach and pool available. In particular food was excellent and plentiful and at a reasonable price. Daniel proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful as were all staff

The town is busy and somewhat congested due to the tight roads. It is still a pleasant area. The marina seemed to be the main purpose of the area. There weren't any nearby beaches worth visiting. So, you really need to rent a vehicle.
Do have a rudimentary knowledge of French. It helps, but is not mandatory. Just attempting to speak it will ensure warm reception. The bakery on the main street is fantastic, and every restaurant we tried was super tasty...
