โThis is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. โMy wife and I have been wanting to stay at the Hotel de la Marine for almost 20 years, since we ate at the restaurant there. Our stay of a single night was quite special. The excellent and friendly staff arranged a sea-view room for us and we were delighted with our views over la manche. โThe parking was good, the breakfast was excellent, everywhere was clean, the manager was helpful, the mattress was reasonably comfortable, there were no problems at all except possibly we couldn't find anywhere local to the hotel to have anything to eat, thank youโ

โNice Hotel. We stayed in the family room in July of 2025 where there is a door that separates the other bedroom, which was nice as we stayed with our 2 adult children. The rooms did not have AC, but they do have windows that open (no screens unfortunately) that brought in cool air. We paid for their breakfast which was pretty good. Only about a 15 minute car ride to the Juno Beach museum. They have a parking lot, but with only about 10 stalls. We had to park in the front which was fine. ...
