Covenient location. Many shops nearby. It was confusing to park my car. It is necessary to walk in and check in first then using a card key you can enter the facility where you park a car.

Good

Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh. The grouting and silicone in the shower was not very clean. I dare say the hotel is not paying for enough cleaning, the cleaners have to do too much, too quickly, these places make money on spending the minimum. The receptionist was great, spoke multiple languages, and was welcoming and helpful.

Un doudou de mes enfants qui disparaît. Un piscine accessible uniquement aux plus de 12 ans. Un portail qui reste largement ouvert la nuit. L odeur du tabac dans la chambre alors que nous avons réservé pour un nourrisson. Des gens extérieurs qui traînent dans l enceinte censée etre fermée!

Es gab einen eingezäunten Parkplatz der im Preis inbegriffen war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber für den Preis würde ich es nicht wieder buchen. Der Pool muss für 18€ p.P. für 1,5h extra gebucht werden. Das war so nirgends erkennbar und hatte uns eigentlich zur Buchung bewogen. Außerdem wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt, dass von Expedia nur für 3 Personen Frühstück an die gezahlt wurde obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Deshalb mussten wir vor Ort nachzahlen. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt und wirkte nicht besonders vertrauenerweckend.
