It feels like an online rental (Ax..). Minimum support, minimum interaction. Take your key from a lock box, take you trash out when leaving, thank you. No clean up, minimum attention on site. We didn't experienced the spa... if you want and appart close to beaches and shopping, this is a spot for you. Good pool. Large garden space. Well connected.

Nous avons été très contents de notre sejour. On voit que des travaux seraient a faire, mais tout était propre etle personnel très agreable. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/prix très convenable, l'emplacement idéal. Il manque par contre des garages a vélo (et couverts ce serait idéal), il n'y en a pas assez, nous montions nos vélos au logement tous les jours.

Tolles hundefreundliches Apartment an der Küste

Wunderschönes Resort, das Apartment, obwohl Kategorie günstig, war wirklich 4 Sterne. Wir waren mit unserem großen Hund unterwegs und bekamen ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit schöner Terasse und Rasen. Es gab Tisch, 4 Stühle und eine Relaxliege. Die Betten waren sehr gut, ich bin sehr empfindlich wegen meinem Rücken, aber hab super geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer könnte der Schrank etwas größer sein, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Im Wohnzimmer schöner Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein sehr großes Bettsofa, auch dieses super bequem und Tv. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, nespesso-Kaffeemaschine und Filtermaschine, Toaster und alles was man zum Kochen so braucht.Wirklich toll! Das Bad sehr schön und groß und Wc separat. Brötchen, Baguette usw kann man abends bestellen und ab 8 Uhr morgens an der Rezeption abholen zu normalen Preisen. Im Keller bei der Tiefgarage gibt es 2 Waschmaschinen mit automatischer Waschmittelzugabe inclusive und 2 Trockner mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich alles. Wir waren im Feb/ März dort, Sodas wir den Pool leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aber die Spaziergänge an der nahen „Cote Sauvage“ waren wunderschön. Nur ca 100m entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Preis/ Leistung sehr gut und für Ferien mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen !

pas question que je revienne pas la

les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L'enregistrement a été horrible, ils n'ont pas pu trouver ma réservation même si j'ai payé en totalité. J'ai payé plus pour avoir une chambre plus grande, mais ils m'ont donné une plus petite. nous étions trois, quelqu'un devait dormir sur un lit qui grinçait. la ventilation est terrible toutes les odeurs dans la chambre. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend tous les voisins. la piscine est ouverte à l'heure, on ne peut s'y rendre ni le matin ni le soir. J'ai demandé un changement de chambre mais cela m'a été refusé. tout le temps nous regardions la clôture de la maison du voisin. mes pires vacances.

Appartement (1 chambre, 1 pièce pour manger / canapé / télé, 1 cuisine) très bien équipé, résidence calme et très bonne literie. Parfait en famille. (1 couple, 1 enfant de 11 ans). 10 jours sur place. Un excellent séjour. La situation de l'hotel est très bonne à quelques centaines de m du littoral, nombreuses criques ou plages accessibles à pied à partir de l'hotel. Très bonne situation géographique.

Excellent rapport qualite prix . Appartement de bonne dimension et propre . Equipement cuisine tres bien . Personnel tres gentil. Les parties communes peuvent etre ameliorees ( proprete et maintenance) . Manque les chaines de televisions internationales ( uniquement francaises). Le fait que le safety box dans la chambre soit payant est dommage.

We spend a lot of time iN the La Baule area but have walked generally from there and ended up towards Le Pouliguen beach and port where this property is situated. The area is much more rural meets beach and spacious quite residential area but within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants at the port.Lovely market central and great ambiance in the bars and cafes Bus service along the coast but easy 2.5 k walk if your a walker along well lit streets and local quiet area.Proffesional staff employed by a comapny who runs resorts throuough France .Very impressed on first stay.Lovely accomodation,comfy beds and welcome available heating to take the edge of October mornings and early nights.Already planning our next trip.

Nice property even if building maintenance could be improved. Nice location 400 meters from sea side but far away from city center. Appartement was not super clean. WiFi so bad even when paying extra fee for high speed, because property was fully booked !

Appartement très agréable avec terrasse. Seul bémol l’éloignement par rapport au centre. Avec des vélos tout va bien.
