"Room/cleanliness: There was an empty bottle of wine in front of our room when we got it. It stayed there for a full day. Lack of amenities to be a real 4 stars hotel. Paper cups in room instead of real glasses/mugs, no washcloths or small towels. Only 1 pillow per person. Pool: There are 2 pools. ..."

"Ich kann nicht begreifen, wie man so ein winzig kleines Häuschen für 4 Personen anbieten kann. Und man muss schon schlank sein, um ins Bad und WC zu kommen davon abgesehen sich bewegen zu können. Es fehlt an einfachsten Sachen wie Reinigungsmitteln. Ich glaube nicht, dass man das von zu Hause mitnehmen ..."
