"This hotel is stunning. I always generally book thought hotels.com but do feel you get preferential treatment if you book direct with this hotel and now no for next time. I booked the second room option up and it said separate bath and shower but there was no bath in our room. "

We had dinner on 2 nights and the food was of excellent quality and very generous portions with a great choice. "The bedrooms are a two block building which is separate from the country inn. They are located behind the Inn. We found the room and bathroom to be clean. The bed was comfortable.There was instant hot water when needed.The food was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly."

"The mattress felt a little soft for me, but I'm a hefty bloke. I had dinner in the pub and it was excellent. Room was fine, would have been a bit of traffic noise if I'd kept the window open at night... But it's near a road! "
