"The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. They were going to change our room as they thought my mum would struggle getting into the shower. The room they were going to exchange for us had gone, so they offered us an upgrade to a suite. What an experience that was. It was great. Great location for the train station and town centre. The check in at 3 and check out at 12 really made the visit. Price also included robes, free bottled sprinkling water and a fridge which came in handy for our wine and processo.😊"

"Super attentive and friendly reception staff. Great large twin room with mini fridge; tea & coffee, water & biscuits - even milk for the coffee! Iron & board, harder and lovely toiletries. Despite facing the square the room was quiet. Also great to have easy controllable air con. Oh and definitely eat dinner at the Cinnamon Kitchen! Truly gorgeous and a bit different from the usual curry plus pretty reasonable!"

"It was the first time at this hotel and we were very impressed, we didn’t need disability shower room, but a great idea to include it and the self catering side of things was great also, not that we used it this time but it’s nice to know it’s there if staying more than one night. Cheap as well a suite for £96 pounds with breakfast. Would definitely return."
