“The check in staff were friendly and approachable. Reception area was easily accessible and very presentable. Check in was easy and the staff explained elements of the hotel from meal times and local area. Room was very clean and well presented. The windows did not allow excess noise. “So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding”
