“Stay here every year super convenient. This year we were given the room on the top floor I wasn’t keen as it had no window just a sky light but it was very quiet and wasn’t a big deal.”

“I LOVED Carol. She was welcoming and kind, made an amazing breakfast for me, answered all my questions. A great hostess. My room (12) was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Nice big TV. The water pressure was really low but I think that’s typical in older buildings. The garden was peaceful and I enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine. Great stay. Traveled from Canada.”

“Room was large which was nice , unfortunately there is no air conditioning and with the exceptional hot weather it was very hot , staff had laid on a fan which helped. The views across the cricket pitch was amazing but unfortunately the room door to the balcony seated area was locked due to health and safety reasons .which was disappointing.”

“Location was close to Shambles. Adorable room. Luckily on the first floor. Stairs were narrow.”
