โThe staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel โbut maybe not - we are quite expensiveโ. โ

โWe enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too.
Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels.
Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didnโt hugely impact on us. Connection instructions werenโt correct but we worked it out eventually.
Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. โ
