Best feature of this hotel is its location, especially if you’re in NYC to see Broadway shows. I liked that it was trying to be a European boutique hotel, but it was run down and in need of updates, like plumbing and air conditioning. It was also VERY loud, with the a/c blowing, the toilet running, and no sound cushion to muffle outside noise. The staff were polite, and the room was cleaned every day, but I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in the city.

Clean hotel, comfortable room, and in a great location, they have a bar/restaurant they offer water coffee downstairs every day, it’s located in a great area and close to restaurants there’s a bagel place chipotle panda, and others and I’m walking distance from great places

"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many. Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ..."

"Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice!
