From checking in to to checking out we had an amazing time.The staff were always very kind and helpful and always available should you have any questions. The room was very clean and comfortable with fresh towels and water provided each day. The pool and surrounding areas were very tidy with additional towels provided should they be required. A well recommend resort weather for a few days or longer.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic definitely a 10 out of 10. The room i had was upstairs right near reception and as soneone who has lung health issues being upstairs with all the people's smoke coming up was terrible. The stairs to the room are dangerous as there's no banister to hold onto and at night coming down the stairs there needs to be a light put on the wall as someone is going to have a nasty fall. I usually get a good room but this room would be a 2 out of 10.

Housekeeping was great ! The bathrooms are terrible well at least in room 4105 was ,it stunk like sewage !! And it whiffed out to the bedroom . The lagoon pool was nice … and for the price … we only stayed there as we were with a large group for a birthday holiday . And I’m back in August but as I told front desk when I was checking out I won’t stay again as the smell was horrendous. Other people said their room had the same smell others didn’t

Baleka has a great location almost in town but not fully and less than ten minute stroll to the beach. The food was really good and tasty, the staff from front of house, through house keeping were always smiling and polite. At night you have live music in the Fat Buddha and so many options to eat within a 5 minute walk. Loved it.

Great value and very accommodating.

This is a lovely, older style hotel. The onsite spa is beautiful, and the lady who runs the little shop is lovely. Breakfast was great (from Fat Buddha, wasn't included in my room rate but the Indonesian breakfast meals and coffee to purchase were great!). Very central location and easy to walk around, but very touristy and lots of bars. I will definitely stay again for a few nights if I want the busy areas. Rooms quite dated but comfortable, clean and spacious for the price.
