"The apartment is exceptional but very expensive for what you get. There sofa is not big enough for four people. The main problem are the windows at the front of the property facing the main road. There needs to more coverings as the blinds are usless. Also some black out curtains. The sun came up at 4.30am and we couldnt sleep. But to make things worse. "The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. "Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. "A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Another great stay at a Premier Inn. Friendly staff and the great Premier In buffet breakfast worth every penny. Two grumbles- why do all Premier Inns only provide one towel per room? Always have to ask for more and no automatic room service fir multiple day stays. Biggest problem with this hotel is lack of parking- discount available at a NCP but a long walk from hotel and very expensive. Would look for a hotel with on site parking next time even if further from city centre. "
