“This is a hostel not a hotel. There were no staff present for reception and no contact phone number. I was supposed to have received access codes but nothing got through to me. I only got in with the help of another guest. I could not register my passport
There was no water glass in the room. The heating was not on - I had to sleep in my clothes
This probably ok for backpackers but at 70 euros a night it was extremely expensive for what it offered.”
