"We have stayed at this hotel previously. It has a good central location in Innsbruck with superb mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the provision of complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room is appreciated. Getting to and from Innsbruck airport is very straight forward as the bus stops for the airport bus, Line F, are right outside."

Rita on reception was lovely and made our stay run smoothly with so much information and help on transport, trips, restaurants, tickets etc. The location was perfect too. "Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"Very comfortable clean room in an area that's very central to shopping and lots of dining options. Convenient on site parking. There is a lot of construction in the area and a new building being built across the street so it is pretty loud during the day, but it gets better in the evening. "
