Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

“extremely over priced. email with arrival instructions with keybox code not sent, had to call. given the price per 1 night to not have linen, or basic cleaning products available is ridiculous. toilet brush holder missing. hoover handle broken. skole alarm beeping all night every 5 mins (I checked I battery low, but couldn't figure out the issue) basic mismatching cooking equipment and plates/glasses more of a standard of student accomodation. no corkscrew. the beds/bathroom themselves are...

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”
