"Our room was spotless with a big bed, bath as well as shower. In room safe, fridge and kettle. The pillow menu was nice but I had to ask twice for another pillow. The resort is pretty noisy with music going on until the early hours. The staff were all lovely and helpful, the buffet was varied and a lot better than other buffets we have had in Spain. We didn’t try the spa as it was a bit expensive at €12 for an hour to use the pool. The treatments started from around €55. I loved having cava at breakfast which was included."

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"All great for what I paid, I have stayed in worse hotels and for what I paid it was really good. The food was good especially for Spain show kitchen as well. Rooms were good, the only complaint which really is not a complaint is the soap in the shower ( rain shower ) was to high, I struggled and a child could not reach it, but that only thing, so all good. I would definitely stay there again."

"I stayed 4 nights good place to stay helpful staff, clean environment, food hall and bar. Has everything by its front step restaurants, bars, shops, funfair and beach across the road.Busy street with good train and bus links. "My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
