"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. "Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"A very well maintained hotel. We arrived a bit early and our rooms were already available which allowed us to checkin a bit earlier. Rooms were clean upon arrival and serviced everyday. We were on a half board and there was an excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner with choices changing every day. Pool was great for the kids and location was very close to the beach too. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Room was nice and clean with a good view and decent Aircon. Breakfast and dinner were fine. Fairly basic but very good for the price point. No drinks with dinner on a half board. My only issue was parking, it was peak summer and it took forever to find a space. I looked at maps before I booked and saw the two massive car parks nearby and thought there would be plenty of spaces but there wasn't. The fair was in town and took one of the car parks over. The next car park was about 15/20min walk away, only down side really. Location otherwise is fab."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
