My husband and I had an overnight flight and took the Metro to the hotel , we are aware that our check in is not until 3pm, we arrived at the Hotel around 10am, we were going to leave our luggage and get something to eat somewhere, the front receptionist (male) was kind enough if there’s any room available, luckily there was and checked us in right away, what a pleasant experience since we were exhausted from the trip. Thank you for your help and kindness 💕💕

Great location and rooftop bar

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Great location just beside the Cathedral - could walk almost everywhere.

Breakfast menu is excellent! Staff are so helpful! Clean rooms! Love the location, quiet and close to the Barcoleneta Beach. Would recommend this hotel for people who wants quite and not too far from attractions. For reference, my hubby and I are pretty active, walking 3-5miles doesn’t bother us.

Room amenities were missing such as kleenex and ear tips to be requested at reception but were not available at reception too. This would make the hotel perfect
