“There was no iron nor ironing board in the room. We had to request hangers as there were on 2 hangers available. It took 3 days to get the shower gel topped up.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site food options were good. However, the stay didn't match what you'd expect from a hotel. Guests are expected to take out their own trash, including before checkout. On a longer stay, that adds up to a lot of rubbish to dispose of. The listing also advertised room service on request, but we were told housekeeping only happens after 6 days. Having to clean up and haul trash before leaving made this feel like a short-term rental rather than a hotel....

“The room was clean. But we had to change our room 2 times because the air conditioner was not working. No compensation was offered for our troubles. The property need a serious upgrade. The location is fantastic, just on the beach.”

“Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money.”

“Une chambre cocon très agréable mais est-ce suffisant ? Il n’est pas facile d’arriver à l’hôtel. Panneaux de signalisation peu ou pas visibles. La dernière partie de la route est presque une piste. La chambre avec piscine est un petit cocon avec un espace intime, une terrasse et un espace bien-être agréables. Dommage : salle d’eau minuscule, pression d’eau trop faible. Porte battante d’accès à l’espace chambre : pas sécure et trop ajourée (regards extérieurs). En arrivant au restaurant pour...

“I loved that the entire kitchen and eating area was outside on the balcony. I love the swimming pool and Restaurant. The view was spectacular and the staff was amazing. Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like about this place.”
