“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. “Cottage was clean, A.C worked great. Kitchen and bathroom was clean just had an ant problem. I traveled alone, the unit was very spacious. The pool was decent. Able to walk to the beach just be mindful coming back is uphill. Not many choices of restaurants but they will call a taxi for you. Staff was super friendly, willing to help with and definitely made me feel comfortable and safe. I would stay here again”

“On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of. Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom...

“The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.”

“The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution.”
