"I’ve had The best experience at this resort everything was beautiful from the moment me and my Fiance drove through the front gate I could tell I would have a great time. The property looks amazing the pictures doesn’t do it enough justice. The beach it’s super beautiful the staff is very helpful and the food is better than ever like literally everything I ate was amazing. And because my suite was a little far walk away from the restaurants and front desk I kept running into a worker named eddy and he was so sweet and helpful and was always there to give us a ride anywhere we needed around the resort in his go cart. I would definitely visit again I love it there"

"I travel a lot of places and stay at a lot of different resorts some big some small. My most recent choices have been smaller boutique hotels/resorts. The two most important things for me are, the staff and the food. I was blown away by how kind and helpful every staff member was. One of the groundsmen was using a wheel barrel with heavy items inside. I stopped to ask where something was at. He sat down the wheelbarrow and prepared to walk me all the way to the destination I was looking for. Then I told him just point me in the right direction. I thought he would walk me all the way to the spot while he was in the middle of his own project was surprising. I got that same feeling multiple times. The food was excellent. I’ve been to a lot of resorts where it’s just good enough to satisfy. This kitchen is pumping out some high-quality gourmet meals. The Coco Bay burger was my favorite. I must’ve gotten it at least eight times over the course of 10 days. I asked for medium and they cooked at medium every single time. That is unusual for sure. When you get a burger outside of the United States, you always wonder about the quality of meat. Not here the meat was what I would expect from a good restaurant back home in Chicago. The resort had perfect location with great views overlooking a bay and and in a great position for amazing sunsets. My normal rule for traveling is never go the same place twice. There’s so much to see so many places to go, but for this place I would come back"
