“Hole in the wall… literally had a hole in my wall. Toilet seat was broken. Was told by staff they couldn’t do anything until the next day… and they didn’t even come. They have roaches…. Kinda gives that it may also be a shelter. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the covers. Nice price point, but it’s wayyy better options in the area with similar price. Don’t do it. No shuttle either”

“We had an absolutely amazing and wonderful experience. Everything was perfect for the plans I had for my boyfriend. I will definitely go back again.”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”
