Decent place for a stay. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. Toilet had a very weak flush, and the cleaners had not cleaned the toilet. There was a bit of mold in the shower and bathroom ceiling, but it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. The room itself was clean and decently large. There was a couple of teabags and sachets of instant coffee.

A word of caution! (dirty and noisy)

While the listing photos were accurate and the beds provided were comfortable (please note: all single beds, no doubles), the overall experience at this property fell significantly short of expectations. Prior to arrival, we made several attempts to contact the property via email but received no response. Upon check-in, we found the apartment to be in an unclean condition. Although clean linens were supplied twice during our 17-day stay, this did not compensate for the initial lack of cleanliness or the other concerns we encountered. Noise was a major issue. For the first three nights, loud parties occurred regularly until 3–4 a.m., with music and doors slamming disturbing any possibility of rest. After a brief lull, another group arrived, and the disruptions resumed. Alarmingly, we discovered someone sleeping in the hallway, which further contributed to a sense of insecurity. The property did not feel safe. We made a point of taking all valuables with us whenever we left the flat, as we did not feel comfortable leaving anything behind. When we raised our concerns with management, we were told that such incidents are common at this location due to the absence of an on-site reception, although we were informed that their other properties do not experience these issues. Ultimately, we decided to leave early due to ongoing noise and safety concerns. No refund, compensation or apologies offered.

My stay was horrible, last time i will ever book that hotel again or book on hotels.com. Checkin was confusing, the lights were turned off because I wasv trying to pay online and it was extremely difficult. I was only able to access the buimding from another couple who had the same trouble accessing. After they had access we entered, got our room key out the box. I continued to try to pay and coukd not. In the midfle of the night i received an email saying i still needed to pay. I was finally able to pay but theights were cut out and was not turned back on until 10am around checkout. Hated the experience.

Su confirmación de reserva informa que el check in está abierto hasta las 00. Sin embargo, a las 9:30 ya no hay nadie y nadie contesta al teléfono. Un cartel indica que la r de ración volverá a estar abierta de 9 a 10. Pero de 9 a 10 no hay nadie y cuando cogen el teléfono informan que la recepción no está en el hotel y se niegan a proporcionar hoja de reclamaciones.

Decent apart-hotel for the price

A decent apart-hotel for a stay in Leuven. Easy check in, but other rooms were quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep. However, an affordable option for a business stay with more amenities in the room than the average hotel room.

Tatty - but OK if on a budget

The apartment was big, the sofa comfy, the WiFi good. But overall tatty. The bed was comfy, but it was two singles we had to push together - so not great for a couple. The bathroom was very dated, bit of mould etc. But shower good. We had a few electrical issues - cooker tripped out one evening, and bathroom lighting was archaic. Good central location. And good answers to questions we had on email. But guy who came to our door asking questions spoke no English at all. For every positive, there was a negative. Wouldn't stay again.

Stedet er placeret meget centralt, både i forhold til bahegård og byens seværdigheder. Der er dog meget lydt, så vi blev generet af larm fra naboer. Der er ingen vinduer i soveværelse, hvilket gør rummet mørkt og indelukket. Der var rigtig god plads, men manglede knager eller skab til tøj.

A spacious sute, but not very clean and only a partially working refrigerator. There is no reception on site and room cleaning costs extra. The elevator was cranky and tended to stop between floors, so nerve-wracking, but always worked in the end. The location is outstanding, with access to all central venues and very quite at night, but there was a children's daycare opposite with almost continuously crying children during the day - rather disturbing.

Brilliant location - these units could be great

These units are in desperate need of servicing but the location is only a few minutes walk from the historic center, so could be OK if just given a tiny bit of care. I would not recommend these units until basic repairs are made, broken lights and appliances repaired, exposed cabling boxed up, and the entrance and staircase cleaned up from litter and the main door repaired. I only rented two units, other units in the block may be in a better condition.
