Eccezionale e ad di sopra delle aspettative

Passato tre giorni favolosi, l'hotel si è rivelato ben al di sopra delle aspettative, il personale è preparatissimo e cordiale, veramente da 5 stelle, l'ambiente è raffinato e di gusto e tutto è studiato nei minimi particolari. Un plauso alla colazione con tanti prodotti fatti "in casa" di altissimo livello e non dimentichiamo la spiegazione dei prodotti da parte del personale, veramente apprezzata. Disponibile anche una zona wellness prenotabile anche per due ore in privato e privacy. A 50 metri si trovano le Terme di Levico e a 100 metri siamo nel pieno centro pedonale. Ci torneremo sicuramente ancora.

Albergo adiacente al centro e a ca. 10 minuti dal lago. Camere molto confortevoli e con tutto lo spazio che serve, anche se non più all'ultimo grido. Ottimo il buffet della colazione, variato e con attenzione ai dettagli. In generale bella atmosfera e personale attento. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo c'è.

De checken was rommelig, maar voor de prijs was echt teveel voor een kamer naast de lift die heel klein was. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was super vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt was lekker.

L'hotel è a due passi dal centro. 10 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia. La struttura è molto pulita. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione propone torte e dolci fatti in casa molto buoni! Il salato è quello standard: affettati, formaggio e uova al bacon. Consiglio il massaggio fatto da Daniela. Unica pecca nella nostra stanza non c'era l'aria condizionata. Solo un ventilatore a colonna.

Albergo carinissimo, in pieno centro di Levico Terme, con personale gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite, essenziali e confortevoli. Splendida vista lago dalla nostra camera. Ho solo tre appunti: il bagno, cieco, aveva l’aspiratore non funzionante. La colazione, che può contare su ottimi dolci fatti in casa, dovrebbe essere migliorata sul comparto bevande calde. Infine, nota davvero dolente per il nostro soggiorno, la nostra ultima notte di permanenza è stata irrimediabilmente rovinata da una coppia nella stanza adiacente con un neonato che ha pianto incessantemente tutta la notte impedendoci di dormire e di fatto rovinando il termine della nostra vacanza.

Molto soddisfatto della cura nel trattare il cibo glutenfree. Uno dei pochi alberghi certificati con la spiga sbarrata. E' importante da dire. Qualità prezzo molto buona. Lo consiglio a tutti. Anche ristorante senza glutine!

Buon hotel

Soggiorno piacevole; personale cortese e spa eccezionale (forse fa un po' troppo freddino nella zona relax). Unico neo la mancanza di un frigobar in camera o di un distributore di bevande e caffè nella hall (dopo mezzanotte non c'è più nessuno alla reception o al bar, quindi in caso di sete improvvisa o si rimane senza bere o si beve dal rubinetto del bagno)!

Posizione perfetta e cortesia!Come sentirsi a casa

Il personale è gentilissimo e pieno di attenzioni. In pochi istanti si può raggiungere a piedi il centro del paese e in 10 minuti circa si raggiunge il parco degli asburgo (sede dei mercatini di natale). Vicinissimo alle terme. Arredato con gusto. Unica piccola pecca, le camere sono davvero caldissime: se soffrite il caldo vorrete dormire con la finestra socchiusa. Consigliatissimo!

Delusione di un Hotel

Hotel situato in centro,in internet dicevano dotato do Aria condizionata in camera,ma ventilatori/refrigeratori a terra non potrebbero essere considerati dei sistemi di condizionamento tali da sopportare il caldo,secondo punto poco denominano le stelle ma poi si definiscono a gestione familiare,ne consegue che potrebbero essere anche un 2 stelle, per essere un 4 o 3 stelle necessiterebbe di n portiere di notte e servizio bagagli in camera. Inoltre poco chiaro anche il discorso dei prezzi, se il pacchetto era di tot cifra si doveva pagare quella… non poi ritrovarsi dei supplenti non chiari.
