“My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys. “We had a fantastic time at the Mountain Inn. I was there for a 100 mile race and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to be successful. They even went to the trouble to make me my own breakfast to go! We will absolutely be back to see JP and Bodie!”

“4 of us stayed in one room and it was extremely comfortable. Walls are really thin so you hear everything which is tough, but luckily both my kids zonked out from a long day of skiing. “Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure! ”

Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. “This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.”

“Great accommodations! Location was convenient about a mile from the town center. Our room was neat and clean had nice views of the river and backyard was well maintained. Ideal for a family with children and dogs. Lots of play area and plenty of room to relax under a shady tree and read a book. Very nice restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and was included in the room rate. All staff members were kind, helpful and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was special.”
