"Everything about this hotel was perfect! The front desk lady was exceptional she even remembered my voice from last summer when I had to cancel and I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to staying there in one of their cabins. She remembered how disappointed I was and said well I am so glad you got to come this year. She said have I talked with you before. I was a surprised and said I don't think so until I remembered last summer and I said Shannon she said yes. Glad to finally meet you! Now that is what you call service! Plus she told me about lots of great things. I love unique hotels and this hotel is definitely unique. It is like a museum with all the lobby and all the hallways lined with Theodore Roosevelt paraphernalia and old signs. The lobby is bright and beautiful with a nice seating area with an old oil drum (of course all clean) for the coffee table-very cool. There is also a beautiful fireplace in the lobby. The outside of the hotel has a very appealing style with a bust of Theodore Roosevelt at the entrance to the parking lot. The cabin I stayed in was exceptional clean and the toilettes smelled wonderful. It would be great to stay a few days so I could take advantage of the kitchenette. The bed was fairly comfortable and the bathroom was very cute and clean with lots of towels. TV worked great too. The location is perfect-close to downtown and the museum. I am staying there again this August in a cabin."
"Room was clean & bigger than normal with the kitchenette. Theodore Roosevelt National Park North Unit was only about 10 - 15 minutes away & the South Unit in Medora was just over an hour away. Williston was only 40 miles. Nice place to stay & price was great compared to the other places to stay!"
"Good hot breakfast and coffee available all day/night
Staff friendly and helpful
Gym could use some smaller weights had 5lb then 20lb and heavier
The boot cleaning machines at the entrance were a great idea safely some guests did not use them and saw mud from elevator to breakfast room one morning"
