“Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. ”

“A lovely old world pub, the highest in Britain. Lovely ambience, cosy bar areas and nice rooms. Just a few scruffy areas like the carpet going up to the accommodation and the ceiling and floor of the bathroom sliding door area. However it is understandable with being a busy pub with people with work boots and walking boots constantly in and out. The food was good, with lots of choice and well cooked.
