"The property is excellently maintained and the rooms are incredible. Beds are firm and comfortable. Everything about the experience is top notch! We arrived earlier than expected (hours before standard checkin time) and there was a room made available much to our surprise. The breakfast spread is gorgeous and they have a great selection for all diets. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They take hospitality to the next level. After our hired car to Milan fell through they ordered a cab that arrived in 5 min. They offered a private car initially. All of this was AFTER we checked out. We had a wonderful stay overall and would absolutely book this hotel again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk! I am terrible at names but the young lady with red hair is exceptional at her job but everyone there was so accommodating. I wish I could give this stay a sixth star!"

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."

"Terrible hotel. My mattress was old, and I ended up sleeping while sliding into a concave dip in the middle of it. The towels were awful. I requested the “to go” breakfast for 5 AM (as suggested by a sign at the reception), since I would be leaving before the hotel’s breakfast service started, but there was no breakfast box waiting for me. On top of that, the room’s light switches didn’t work properly and I had to sleep with the lights on. A total nightmare."
