A tucked away, beautiful spot to see and enjoy Lake Como! Absolutely lovely owners and the kindness and little touches they made to the space were amazing. This is a spot we would absolutely love to come back to!

This property was AMAZING with beach access.

The property is AMAZING with views of the lake. Other towns are very touristy, but this town was charming. The hotel manager even came to pick us up from the boat ferry.

The Palazzo blew our expectations out of the water. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and really made our stay exceptional. Arianna went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in the La Vista room at Palazzo del Vicerè and absolutely loved it. The view was just as amazing as the pictures and the location was walking distance to restaurants and a boat rental (which I would highly recommend). Arianna was very attentive and helped us out all throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay on Lake Como.

Incredible stay at Palazzo del Vicerè! My family and I had an amazing experience — the hotel is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Arianna was fantastic — she helped us check in early, greeted us with drinks, and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The service, setting, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay, great property! Adrianna was wonderful, I highly recommend trying her scrambled eggs with Parmesan! We also very much enjoyed Lezzeno, good transport link and overall a little quieter than other villages around the lake which was exactly what was needed. There are a few lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family.

What a lovely place! The area is quiet and the view is stunning. There's a lovely river view walking path leading to a nice restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and they made us feel like home. The building has lots of history and the room is clean and cosy.

Incredible property and service

We had a wonderful stay in this unique property with our 11 & 13 year old daughters. Staying in the family apartment L'Onda was just brilliant with so much space and our own jacuzzi overlooking Lake Como. Can't recommend it highly enough.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. THEY WAITED FOR US UNTIL NIGHT TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE WE HAD A FLIGHT DELAY. THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ATMOSPHERE IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY DURING THE RAIN:-)

Beautiful old palace / villa. Great views of the lake and very nice walking paths. Great wine cellar but the Junior Suite is a must. Very high cealings and roomy. A bit out of the way but absolutely charming. Great staff.

We stayed seven nights in Pallazo del Vice Re. This place is just wonderful. Really nice and spacious rooms all decorated differently (we had chance to see few of them). Breakfast was delicious and the staff… what can I say. I give them 10/10. Hotel is only 10km from Bellagio if you want to visit there. It’s great base if you want to explore Lake Como’s other beautiful cities. There is exellent restaurants close to hotel. For example Aurora that serves great food and the view from terracce is amazing. Pallazo del Vice Re is also dog friendly and our labrador wants to send special thanks to caring staff. See you next year.

Outstanding property . Lovely small boutique inn. A bit unusual to get to, but worth the effort . Wonderful owners, amazing history and Ariana was above first class as a hostess . Made our trip . Room was beautiful (LaVista) and great walking path in front of hotel allowed us to run each mornings. Nice relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bellagio. Loved it!

Beautiful palazzo stone patio with flowers friendly helpful staff delicious breakfast options local cheeses beautiful area around the palazzo close to lake como and parks. Ferry service to Bellagio is tricky limited time options. Make sure to arrange private car or boat service to get to lenno varenna menaaggio. We had a wonderful stay. Ariana was very helpful!

Sensational! Can’t wait to go back!!

Sensational. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was something else and fully deserving of 5 stars! Lovely host & family history of owning the Palazzo; the attention to detail in the room restoration was superb; the views beautiful; quiet private beach and breakfast delicious. Hard to fault! If anything the pictures of the La Vista room on the website don’t do it justice!
