I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Check-in was quick and easy, and I immediately felt taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept great every night. I also appreciated the little details like complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and daily housekeeping. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and breakfast options. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
